Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Program
In 2021, AG&P Americas launched the TFW program, offering our clients a scalable workforce model tailored to meet each project’s specific needs to address the growing skilled workforce availability challenges across the Americas.
Training Facility
The AG&P Training Center in the Philippines features over 80 state-of-the-art welding booths, technology-equipped classrooms, electrical and instrumentation shops, and hands-on, trade testing areas. We invest heavily in skills development through a dedicated, accredited, in-house training program.
Management & Leadership Training
AG&P Americas has developed an in-house training program designed to develop the skills of crew leaders, frontline supervisors, project supervisors, and project and construction managers. We take pride in our seasoned instructors and evaluators, certified by the National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER).
